PLYMOUTH — Subcommittee advances work on Plymouth earth removal bylaw standards. The Earth Removal Bylaw Review Committee's three-member Subcommittee B (Love Albrecht Howard, Scott MacMillin, Walter Morrison III) met April 15, 2026, to review potential zoning code modifications including a proposed cranberry cultivation definition. Members examined natural features standards from other municipalities and are refining provisions on vegetation preservation, tree protection, area thresholds, slopes, setbacks, buffers, dust generation, revegetation, and stormwater management, with an update due to the full committee on April 16, 2026.
