PLYMOUTH — Subcommittee B of the Earth Removal Bylaw Committee approved prior meeting minutes and distributed revision assignments for Plymouth Code Chapter 203 sections 203-2(A) and (B). The three-member panel, meeting via Zoom, discussed property line setbacks at 71 Hedges Pond Road and reviewed draft language on topsoil disturbance, restoration, and grading standards. Scott MacMillin will prepare a slope requirements table; Love Albrecht Howard will draft provisions on tree preservation and vegetation retention outside construction zones; Walter Morrison III will work on Erosion and Sedimentation Control language.
The subcommittee reconvenes June 23.
