Plymouth Earth Removal Bylaw Subcommittee B advances natural features code revisions. Love Albrecht Howard, Scott MacMillin, and Walter Morrison III met on Zoom to refine proposed modifications to zoning sections 203-2(A), (B), and (C) and related definitions. The group reached consensus on additional modifications to the definition of "Earth Removal" and agreed to coordinate subsection B changes with subsection C references.
Members assigned action items including review of 71 Hedges Pond Road buffers, Planning Department tree-cutting policy inquiry, and preparation of Annotated Outline items covering tree preservation, vegetation retention, topsoil management, and erosion control. The next meeting is scheduled for June 9, 2026.
