Plymouth Retirement Board unanimously approves 3% COLA for eligible retirees. Vice Chair Lynne Barrett led the meeting in the absence of Chairman Thomas Kelley, with board members Dale Webber, Sharon LaRosa, and Robert Ness participating, including Ness remotely. The cost-of-living increase applies to all persons who retired on or before June 30, 2025, and is based on the first $16,000 of any retirement allowance, effective July 1, 2023.
