Retirement Board approves membership changes, warrants, and 2025 PERAC statement.

Plymouth Retirement Board unanimously approved six new hires, two retirements, and financial warrants totaling $10.5 million. Vice Chair Lynne Barrett led the meeting, with board members Dale Webber, Robert Ness, and Sharon LaRosa present; Chairman Thomas Kelley was absent. The Pension Fund held $306.9 million as of January 31, 2026, with monthly performance of plus 1.2 percent, while the OPEB Fund posted $19.7 million with inception performance at 9 percent.
New enrollees included police officers Samuel Connor and Nicholas Kennedy and school employees Tiffanie Castro and Kerrin Fernald. The board also approved a $75,016.19 buyback for police officer David Lis and processed a $72,358.08 transfer for Michael Curley to Plymouth County Retirement Board.
