Precinct 3 caucus reviews warrant articles, raises budget questions
Precinct Meetings (All) · Meeting of March 26, 2026
PLYMOUTH — Precinct 3 town meeting members question warrant articles before April town meeting. Chair Dale Webber's caucus heard from Advisory and Finance Committee members David Trudeau and Molly O'Connor about budget increases and capital projects. Members questioned Elections expenses rising due to vote-by-mail costs, a $100,000 Training Green lighting allocation, and the committee's decisions declining Police parking lot reconstruction and Downtown Resiliency funding.
Prior meeting minutes were approved unanimously, with the April 1 Special Town Meeting to consider Wastewater Plant design, HVAC work, solar contracts, election timing, and retiree health insurance changes.
