PLYMOUTH — Precinct 18 Town Meeting Members caucus met to preview spring warrant articles and hear public comment. Vice Chair Gene Blanchard called the meeting to order with seven members present and three absent, including Chair Carmen Lifrieri. Peter Matlon presented on Article 37, the Plymouth Community Trust By-Law, and Ken Stone presented on Article 18, Item A33, covering Training Green pedestrian lighting and irrigation improvements.
During public comment, residents Chris Lopes and Tom Pinto opposed STM Article 10, citing concerns that the article would cut town costs on the backs of employees and circumvent collective bargaining.
