Plymouth Sees 13 Deed Transfers in Late August as Sale Prices Trickle In
Plymouth recorded 13 property deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only five carry a sale price so far, ranging from $280 to $875 with a $500 median; the rest show "price not yet available," typical of recording lag. The month's highest recorded sale was 5 Winter St. at $875, a trust-to-trust and family transfer. Notably, three properties, on Little Sandy Pond Road, Oak Street and Summit Road, moved from Russell and Louise Johnson into trust on the same day. With most transactions lacking prices and several representing family or trust transfers rather than open-market sales, the data offers limited basis for assessing overall market tone this period.
