Plymouth records dozen deeds in single-day filing, prices split evenly on disclosure
Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded 12 property transfers in Plymouth, all dated Aug. 14, 2026. Six of the 12 disclosed a sale price, ranging from $525 to $964, with a median of $747 among those six; the remaining six listed no consideration amount. The top recorded sale was 12 Wisteria Road at $964, sold by Valle Redbrook LLC to Nancy J. and Joseph P. Altimonte as trustees. Two properties, 8 Tanglewood Drive and 60 Billington Sea Road, transferred within the same family into trust. All recordings fell on a single date, and the data includes no bed, bath, square-footage or property-type detail to support further comparison.
