Plymouth Deed Filings Show Wide Price Spread Amid Heavy Trust Activity
Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded 10 property transfers in Plymouth for the period ending Sept. 19, all dated Aug. 21. Six carried a recorded price, ranging from $335 to $750, with a median of $527; the other four await price data. The top recorded sale was 22 Admiral Rickover Rd at $750, sold by Jessica Royster and Chelsey Adams to Admiral Rickover LLC. Six of the 10 transactions involved a trust as buyer or seller, and two sales involved home builders. State Road accounted for two of the six priced sales.
