Plymouth recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with nine reflecting market sales ranging from $415,000 to $950,000 and a median price of $625,000. The top sale was 3 Stafford St. at $950,000, sold by trustees Cheryl A. DiTommaso and Edward K. Bowen to buyer J LLC. A 10th transfer, at 55 Bourne Rd., was recorded for nominal consideration and excluded from sales figures. Six of the nine priced sales fell between $500,000 and $1 million, while three were under $500,000; no sale exceeded $1 million. The data shows a steady spread of sales across price tiers and streets, with no single neighborhood or price band dominating the period.
