Plymouth Board of Health unanimously approves tobacco regulations and four property variances. Chaired by Teri Reid, M.D., the board approved changes to the Tobacco Sales Regulations effective April 1, 2026, and granted variances for septic systems at 83 Taylor Avenue (Grady Engineering) and 24 Gardner Drive (Flaherty), plus grease trap systems for Dunkin Donuts at 105 Samoset Street and The Galway Girl Irish Shop at 114 Water Street. Public Health Director Karen Keane will share draft kratom regulations with the Town Council.
