Plymouth Board of Health approves kratom regulations, two septic variances. The board voted unanimously to approve kratom regulations effective July 1, 2026, after edits were reviewed by Town Counsel. Chair Teri Reid led the five-member board in also unanimously approving two septic variance requests: one for 7 Beach Avenue and a post-facto variance for 103 Andrew's Way, which involved a reduction in setback from town property and drew a recommendation for a fine double the permit fee.
