Zoning Board · Meeting of October 19, 2026

Plymouth Zoning Board of Appeals approved eight condominiums at 8 Carver Street and denied a parking change at 15 Asiaf Way. The Carver Street special permit passed unanimously with conditions, including a memorandum of understanding with Community Development on an in-lieu payment, which developer Richard Rosen offered at $100,000 for the one-bedroom affordable unit he will not build. Engineer Brandon Barry described a new infiltrating catch basin and raised egress windows.

The board also approved a 40-by-60-foot shipping addition for CSH Industries at 15 Apollo 11 Road and a retaining-wall modification for Kanaan Realty Group, and one member warned that "11 bodies" had been found near the Carver Street site.
