PLYMOUTH -- Plymouth Youth Hockey has opened registration for assistant coaches ahead of the 2026-2027 season. The organization said applicants should contact their player's head coach before applying and completing credentials, since head coaches are responsible for selecting their own assistants.

YOUTH LEAGUES

Plymouth Youth Hockey published its list of head coaches for the 2026-2027 season, covering co-ed divisions from 6U through 14U, girls' teams from GU10 through GU14, and three middle school squads, along with the Learn to Play program. Several assistant and head coach slots remain listed as TBD.

The organization also detailed additional plans for its previously announced September fundraiser weekend. Beyond the "Toss for a Cause" cornhole tournament set for Friday, September 18 at 6 p.m. at the VFW on Seven Hills Road, Plymouth Youth Hockey said Sunday, September 20 at Armstrong Arena will include a family skate from 10 to 11:50 a.m., an equipment swap for gently used gear, and Kona Ice. The organization named Plymouth Orthodontics as a sponsor of the fundraiser. Plymouth Youth Hockey said all proceeds support ice time, equipment, financial aid, coaching and programs for its players.
