PLYMOUTH — Zoning board closed Pulte Group hearing on 163-unit affordable housing proposal and set April deliberations. The Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously closed public hearings on two comprehensive permit applications from Pulte Homes of New England for 163 homeownership condominium units, including 41 deed-restricted affordable units, at properties on Sandri Drive, Court Street, and Hedge Road. Chair Michael Main noted board members had reviewed more than 3,500 pages of documentation over six months of hearings beginning in September 2025.

Extensive public testimony addressed environmental concerns regarding proximity to the Cannon Engineering Superfund Site, traffic impacts, and municipal water and sewer capacity. Board deliberations are scheduled for April 6, 2026.
