Zoning Board approves two major Pulte Group housing developments under Chapter 40B

PLYMOUTH — Zoning Board approves two major Pulte Group housing developments comprising 163 total units. The Board voted 3-2 to approve Case 4183 for 100 units at Oceanview North on 6.7 acres, and 4-1 to approve Case 4184 for 63 units at Sandri Drive on 2.7 acres, with Chair Michael Main, Michael Leary, and Peter Conner supporting both decisions and Ed Conroy opposing both. Both projects include 25 percent deed-restricted affordable housing and were approved under Chapter 40B after eight continuances and 4,000 pages of documentation.
The Board imposed extensive conditions including 10 percent veteran preference, 70 percent local preference for eligible residents, 30-day post-approval plan review, and Monday-Saturday construction hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
