PLYMOUTH — Zoning Board approves retaining wall special permit for AvalonBay pump station. The Board unanimously approved Case 4202, authorizing a retaining wall not exceeding 14.7 feet at 102 Samoset Street as part of mitigation for the company's previously approved comprehensive permit addressing West Plymouth pressure zone water supply deficits. The motion was made by Michael Leary and seconded by David Peck.
Upon completion, the Town of Plymouth Water Department will assume ownership and maintenance of the pump station.
