PLYMOUTH — Zoning Board of Appeals approves five special permits for residential projects in single hearing. The board voted unanimously 5-0 on Cases 4196 (Briggs Halfway Pond Realty Trust cottage expansion at 39 Gallows Pond Road), 4199 (Ryan and Kate Burke fire-damaged home reconstruction at 168 Warren Avenue), 4203 (Karsner pool cabana setback relief at 7 Bay Colony Drive), 4201 (Anzalone fire-damaged home rebuild at 3 Howland Court), and 4197 (Cachopa aging-in-place bedroom conversion at 9 Bay View Avenue). Case 4198, a TL Edwards gas station and convenience store project at 360 Cherry Street, was continued to April 27, 2026 on a 3-2 vote, with board members Michael Main and Michael Leary opposed; the applicant must return with revised site plans showing onsite circulation, snow storage, and future EV charging stations.
