PLYMOUTH — Visitor Services Board approves $1.34 million hotel-motel tax budget for spring town meeting. Director of Planning and Development Lauren Lind reported the appropriation represents a $19,552 decrease from the prior year, with $513,065 allocated to the See Plymouth Marketing and Visitor Center contract, a 15 percent increase over the prior year. The board unanimously approved five final event invoices totaling $178,500, including $60,000 for the Thanksgiving Parade and $30,000 for the Philharmonic Thanksgiving Concert.

Members voted 3-2 to fully fund the Harvest Festival at $4,000 after initially rejecting a $2,500 first-time event motion.
