Ten Plymouth Deeds Record Median Sale of $642,000, Led by Two White Clover Trail Sales

Plymouth recorded 10 property sales between July 24 and Aug. 22, 2026. Six deeds disclosed a sale price, ranging from $465,000 to $848,000, with a median of $642,000. The month's highest-priced transaction was 88 White Clover Trail, which sold for $848,000 on July 27 from Mark R. and Sommer K. Riolo to Makaila and Zachary Wall. A second White Clover Trail property sold for $799,000 the same period. Four of the ten recorded deeds involved no disclosed price and reflected transfers into family trusts or between trustees. The dataset does not include enough historical context to characterize the month as active or quiet.
