The Distinguished Visitors Committee outlined plans for welcoming a Japanese delegation to Plymouth in August 2026, with Chair Kelly McElreath hosting four members of the prior July 2025 Shichigahama trip who reported high Japanese enthusiasm for the sister-city relationship. The five-member
