PLYMOUTH — Manomet Village Steering Committee defeats procedural reform and venue relocation. The committee tabled its February 19 minutes and rejected parallel motions from Bill Arienti and Anthony Mayo to establish a subcommittee drafting procedural rules (3-3, one abstention) and to move meetings from Town Hall to the Manomet Library (3-3, one abstention). Planning Board liaison Steve Bolotin emphasized the committee functions as an advisory body under Planning Board and Select Board authority, not as a policy-making group.
