PLYMOUTH — Select Board held workshop to finalize economic development implementation strategy and priorities. Chair Deb Iaquinto and members Bill Keohan, David Golden Jr., and Kevin Canty reviewed a SWOT analysis identifying strengths in Plymouth's regional identity and natural resources alongside weaknesses in infrastructure capacity and housing affordability. The board outlined seven priority initiatives including zoning updates, business recruitment and retention, and mixed-use development.

Selectman Canty expressed caution about large data centers and flagged concerns about reopening the MBTA station due to density and parking implications. The board agreed to ratify the strategy document and schedule a joint presentation with the Planning Board and Plymouth Foundation.
