PLYMOUTH — Select Board indefinitely suspended Dirty Water Distillery's pouring licenses pending license-transfer completion. Owner James Bandera requested a grace period or temporary licenses following transition delays from the sale. Licensing Agent Lisa Johnson outlined remaining requirements: zoning approval, police background check, ABCC website updates, and a change-of-manager application.
