PLYMOUTH — The Select Board convened April 6 and immediately entered executive session regarding airport litigation. All five members were present: Chair David Golden Jr., Vice Chair Richard Quintal Jr., and members Kevin Canty, Deb Iaquinto, and Bill Keohan. On a motion by Vice Chair Quintal, seconded by Selectman Iaquinto, the board voted unanimously to enter Executive Session to discuss strategy regarding the Plymouth Airport Commission, et al. v.
Town of Plymouth, et al. lawsuit. The board adjourned from open session at 4:34 PM.
