Precinct Meetings (All) · Meeting of April 7, 2026

PLYMOUTH — Precincts 5 and 13 previewed 37 Spring town meeting articles at Plymouth Airport on April 7. Ron Reilly chaired the joint caucus, which included review of a $133.5 million school budget, $42 million public safety request, and four charter and bylaw amendments repositioning Spring Town Meeting to May and town elections to June. Capital articles seek $5 million for facility maintenance stabilization, $3.1 million in pavement funds, and $318,000 for wastewater plant HVAC design.
