PLYMOUTH — Precinct 4 caucus voted unanimously to limit warrant article presentations to five minutes with ten minutes for questions. The meeting heard opposition to Article 18, line item A 33, a $220,000 lighting and irrigation proposal for the Training Green, which Vice Chair David Peck's guest Ken Stone challenged on grounds of historic preservation and lack of safety evidence. The caucus also received a presentation on Article 37, the proposed Plymouth Community Trust By-Law barring police collaboration with federal immigration agents, which won backing from Advisory and Finance (10-3) and the Select Board (3-2).
