PLYMOUTH — The Precinct 3 Caucus met February 5 at 6:03 PM to discuss draft Town Meeting warrant articles and resident concerns. Chair Dale Webber led discussion on Article 16 (borrowing authority rescission), Article 14 (Nuclear Mitigation Stabilization Fund), and Article 28 (digitizing Old Colony Memorial newspaper), though the caucus did not reach consensus on Article 16. Residents including Kate Sekerak raised questions about overnight parking ban enforcement on Bradford Street following a recent snowstorm and about water diversion policy between zones.
