PLYMOUTH — Precinct 3 Caucus approves prior minutes and hears DPW update on Fremont Street conversion. Assistant DPW Director James Downey discussed the plan to make Fremont Street one way, with a public hearing scheduled for January 12 to evaluate the impact. Chair Dale Webber expressed concern that budget constraints may affect funding for Training Green improvements and reported on a Zoning Board of Appeals meeting regarding the former Medical Building on Sandwich Street redevelopment, which will expand the footprint of current construction.
Kate Sekerak reported that the Marina's impact has been substantial.
