PLYMOUTH — Precinct 3 Caucus scheduled its next meeting for March 26, 2026, to avoid Holy Week. Chair Dale Webber oversaw unanimous approval of prior minutes and heard Arthur Desloges present Article 37, the Community Trust Bylaw addressing local government cooperation with federal immigration enforcement. Desloges said the measure would add enforcement emphasis but not change existing Police Department or Select Board regulations and applies only to civil immigration matters.
Police Chief Flynn remains concerned about potential conflicts; Michael Babini echoed that concern while Ann Pizer and Donna Curtin expressed support. Laurence Pizer reported invitation to discuss Training Green irrigation and lighting at Precinct 17's caucus as part of capital budget deliberations.
