PLYMOUTH — Precinct 2 Town Meeting members reviewed spring warrant articles in hybrid caucus. Chair Matt Tavares, with six members present, heard presentations on a proposed amendment to employee retirement benefits, a citizen petition to restrict police civil enforcement, historic preservation and digitization projects, capital improvements including middle school civics work, and solar energy initiatives. Discussions examined budget impact, design modifications to proposed pocket parks, postponement of a police parking lot project, and funding sources for fire equipment and town promotion.

The meeting ended at 9:11 p.m. with no formal votes recorded.
