PLYMOUTH — Precinct 16 spring caucus reviewed warrant articles with disagreement over downtown capital improvements. Nine members discussed the Town Manager's lawyer and paralegal positions and fire and police department overtime budgets. Kenneth Stone opposed adding lighting and irrigation as inconsistent with Olmsted's design; Liana Patton and Pompey Delafield disagreed.

The precinct voted 6-2 to move the April caucus to Wednesday, April 8.
