PLYMOUTH — Precinct 15 Town Meeting Member Caucus approved prior minutes and heard articles ahead of town meeting. Select Board member Deb Iaquinto addressed Special Town Meeting Articles 5 through 8, noting the push to align Town Meeting budget votes with state process requires State Legislative approval and may span several years. Superintendent Dr.
Christopher Campbell presented the Plymouth Schools budget, a maintenance plan with no new initiatives where 78 percent of spending is driven by salaries; he warned that forced reductions would necessitate staffing changes. Richard Serkey presented Special Town Meeting Article 10, a citizen petition affecting only employees hired after January 1, 2028.
