Plymouth schools overhauled food service controls after cafeteria manager theft. The Advisory and Finance Committee endorsed a $60,000 controls overhaul after an internal audit by Clifton Larson Allen found the Plymouth School Cafeteria Manager had stolen money and equipment. Assistant Superintendent Finance Adam Blaisdell detailed reforms including centralization of payroll and human resources, new equipment-tracking software, and restricted system access.

The committee voted 10-3-0 to recommend a follow-up audit by August 2027, with Myles Ramey, Maria Reitman, and Mark Snyder opposed. The committee also unanimously approved two bylaw amendments for the fall Town Meeting regarding demolition-delay responsibilities and discontinuation of the Plymouth County Outreach revolving fund.
