Plymouth Historical Commission unanimously appointed Doug Ozelius as its representative to the Community Preservation Committee. Chair Bill Fornaciari and the six-member board approved prior minutes and reviewed design standards for residential date boards, establishing a minimum 75-year age requirement for eligibility and a maximum size of 12 by 12 inches. Historic Resources Coordinator Connor Anderson reported that town records spanning 1783-1795 have been transcribed and added to the digital repository, and discussed using remaining FY2026 budget funds to purchase sample date boards for nonprofits.

The Commission also advanced discussion toward proposing a new Historic District in North Plymouth for the Spring 2027 Town Meeting warrant.
