Plymouth Growth and Development Corporation approves $40K Kubota purchase and waives April parking. The Board of Directors voted unanimously to buy the equipment for snow removal and ongoing projects, and to eliminate parking fees in the Memorial Hall Lot and select Water Street spaces for one month to support local businesses affected by the Waterfront Project construction. Executive Director Egan reported the paid parking season opens April 1 with 300 permits sold; the board also authorized a revised Ride Circuit 2026 contract for up to $150,000.
New member Mike Lombard was formally introduced after two years of remote attendance.
