Plymouth Conservation Commission approves three Notice of Intent applications and two compliance certificates. Chair Sean Andersen and five commissioners voted 6-0 on each item: Orders issued for septic repair at 24 1/2 Allerton Street with conditions for debris removal and revised site plan; a waiver approved for buffer-zone work on a porch addition at 621 Bourne Road, followed by Orders requiring corrected impact tables; and Orders approved for a garage-and-deck addition at 7 High Cliff without waiver requirement. The Commission also voted unanimously to issue Certificates of Compliance for completed septic and reconstruction work at 53 Provincetown View Road and 220 Manomet Point Road.
Vice Chair Morrison proposed postponing future Certificate reviews until after snowmelt to allow full site verification.
