Conservation Commission · Meeting of April 14, 2026

Plymouth Conservation Commission approved four projects and denied one at April 14 meeting. Sean Andersen chaired a six-member panel that voted unanimously to issue an Order of Conditions for Freeman Boynton Jr.'s seasonal pier, float, gangway, and septic system project on Clarks Island, with mandatory native plantings and restoration monitoring. A controversial home addition at 34, 36, and 38 Morton Road by Rawson and Robin Randlett failed a waiver vote 3-3, was rescinded, and was continued to May 5 for design revisions to avoid a no-build wetland buffer zone.

The North and South Rivers Watershed Association's eelgrass restoration project in Plymouth Bay near Cordage Park was approved with Division of Marine Fisheries compliance conditions and annual reporting requirements.
