Plymouth Conservation Commission approves dock repair, septic replacement, and coastal demolition while rescinding improperly noticed prior votes. Chair Sean Andersen led 5-1 rescission votes on two March 3 items excluded from the agenda. The Commission unanimously cleared a dock repair at Clarks Island under existing Chapter 91 licensing and approved a septic system at Taylor Avenue with conditions requiring two red-cedar trees and dune-grass planting at 12-inch centers outside the property's deeded right-of-way.
For a residential rebuild at 208 Manomet Point Road, the Commission granted two 6-1 waivers to allow construction within buffer zones, conditioning the Amended Order on revised landscaping plans, a salt-water pool requirement, and drywell relocation to the property's east side, though the applicant's mitigation planting of approximately 560 square feet fell short of the staff-recommended 730 square feet.
