Airport Community Advisory Committee · Meeting of June 25, 2026

Plymouth Airport Community Advisory Committee unanimously approved formation of a Community Communications workshop staffed by volunteers James Buckley, Kathy Pelletier, and Lorraine Ramsay to enhance outreach on airport issues through newsletters, website updates, and social media. Chair Adam Bond reported that Alpha One flight school agreed to reduce operations on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Veterans Day to give neighbors consistent holiday planning. The committee noted receipt of grant funding for runway 6-24 reconstruction starting August 1 and the appointment of two new committee members; Secretary Alan Costello was elected to the Airport Commission by the Select Board and is expected to resign from the advisory committee, and Jena Hanlon was appointed to fill another seat beginning July, leaving two additional vacancies to fill.
