Plymouth 250 Commemoration Committee approves $12,500 for July 4th fireworks. Chair Patrick Browne led the meeting as the Committee voted 11-0-2 to fund additional fireworks through July 4 Plymouth, Inc., which has raised $150,000 total. The Committee also voted unanimously to pay $700 for audio services at the June 27th Town Square anniversary event and approved up to $3,000 for printing and design of Revolutionary Sites pamphlets.
The June 27th program includes readings of the Declaration of Independence by high school students, reenactors, and others, with closing remarks by Browne.
