Planning Board approves two development permits and fills steering committee post.

Plymouth Planning Board unanimously approves development permits for two major projects. Chair Steven Bolotin and members voted 4-0 to recommend approval of special permits for a residential expansion at 57 West Long Pond Road, including setback and floodplain construction variances, with Mark Flaherty presenting the proposal for a second-story addition and 1,700-square-foot expansion. The Board also voted unanimously to recommend issuance of a site plan permit for a 5,400-square-foot office and warehouse complex at 239 South Meadow Road under a unified complex designation.
In separate administrative actions, Lea Filson was appointed to the Plymouth Center Steering Committee through June 30, 2027, and the Board approved covenant releases and Form A applications for two additional properties.
