Planning Board · Meeting of June 10, 2026

PLYMOUTH — The Planning Board unanimously approved a 54-lot residential subdivision for ADM Agawam Development LLC on Wareham Road, clearing Use Area 18 of the Redbrook development despite significant public concern over density, environmental impact, and broken promises from the original master plan. Chair Steven Bolotin and the Board noted they are legally bound by the 2008 special permit and cannot deny the application based solely on opposition. The approval includes 54 market-rate homes, five affordable units in the adjacent multifamily Use Area 17 building, and a rear yard setback waiver from 25 feet to 15 feet for improved buffering.

The Board also unanimously approved lot releases for Sheridan Home Builders Inc. and endorsed a Form A application for Butterfield Family Living Trust and reorganized with Bolotin as Chair, Timothy Grandy as Vice Chair, Carl Donaldson as Clerk, and Tim Bennett as Clerk Pro-Tem.
