Plymouth Planning Board endorses lot adjustments and formalizes appointment voting. Chair Steven Bolotin and the Board unanimously approved two Form A applications: Balboni LLC's lot-line adjustment at 29 and 31 Liberty Street creating one additional residential lot, and Howland South Shore Properties' lot divide at 239 South Meadow Road creating two lots. The Board also unanimously approved a formal voting procedure for future appointments.
Michael Silveira reported the town has achieved full MBTA Communities compliance following an October 2025 map amendment, with final Attorney General approval expected shortly. Two zoning studies are underway: the Small Footprint Housing study examining overlays and bylaw options, and an industrial zoning analysis with results anticipated by late spring.
