PLYMOUTH — Planning Board backs special permit for 360 Cherry Street gas station and convenience store. The board voted 4 to 1, with Chair Steven Bolotin abstaining, to recommend approval to the Zoning Board of Appeals for T.L. Edwards' 6,000-square-foot development featuring 12 fuel pumps, a drive-through, and on-site parking in the Mixed Commerce district.
Tim Bennett moved approval subject to all Town Engineer comments, Board recommendations, and additional south-side crosswalks and striping; Frank Mand seconded. Primary concerns centered on the site's location within the Aquifer Protection District and the adequacy of stormwater management and groundwater safeguards.
