Planning Board · Meeting of February 11, 2026
Plymouth Planning Board endorses lot division and recommends setback relief for post-facto accessory building. The Board unanimously approved Form A4910 for Edward P Lewis Jr at 44 Russell Street to divide one parcel into two lots, and voted unanimously to recommend Case ZBA 4203 to the Zoning Board of Appeals on behalf of Greg and Jesse Karsner, whose accessory building at 7 Bay Colony Drive was constructed 3 feet 9 inches inside the required setback. Board members emphasized concerns about post-facto construction and urged the applicants to obtain written neighbor support.
In other business, the Board unanimously adopted a Planning Board Handbook and Code of Conduct designed to enhance transparency, and voted to re-advertise a Cedarville Steering Committee vacancy rather than appoint either of two candidates under consideration.
