PGDC approves East Bay valet contract renewal at $3,300 annually
Plymouth Growth and Development Corporation · Meeting of April 15, 2026
Plymouth Growth and Development Corporation renews valet parking contract with $100 increase. The board unanimously approved the East Bay valet services lease for the bus lot at $3,300 for the 2026 season. Director Mr.
Egan reported that paid parking launched April 1 with minimal issues; free parking in the Memorial Hall lot and waterfront areas saw strong uptake. The board extended free parking until May 13. A state grant-funded 16-foot expansion to the Visitor Center at Memorial Hall must be spent by June 30, with the town contributing additional funds.
The Nathaniel Morton Elementary School parking lot plan includes a $72,000 oil tank removal that would add four parking spaces; Egan will disengage from solar consultant E3 to focus on the parking project.
