Plymouth Open Space Committee approves 11 tax title properties for fall town warrant consideration. Chair Stephanie Silva led the nine-member committee through a comprehensive review of properties, voting unanimously to advance multiple parcels near Bartlett Pond, Beaver Dam Pond, and along West Russell Mills Road for possible town acquisition. The committee declined one property at 24 Squirrel Road and deferred consideration of two Heather Drive lots pending environmental cleanup at the degraded Tidmarsh wetland site.
The committee also voted to refer additional tax title properties to the Land Use Advisory Committee under its new charter authority.
