PLYMOUTH — The Manomet Village Steering Committee unanimously re-elected Alice Baker as Chair and Cynthia Goss as Clerk but deadlocked on Vice Chair, deferring that reorganization until July 23 when newly sworn member Christina Duncan can vote. Police Lieutenant Ferguson and Fire Deputy Chief Dave Malaguti briefed the committee on July 3rd White Horse Beach event preparations, including eight filed bonfire permits with restrictions requiring fires no sooner than 5:30 PM, positioned 200 feet from waterline, and lit at dusk. The committee voted unanimously to establish a sub-committee on rules of order, chaired by Bill Arienti and including Jeannette Kelly and Roberta Cappella.

Chair Baker reported ongoing coordination with the Department of Public Works on safety improvements to Bartlett Road, Route 3A near Marshlands Restaurant, Rocky Hill Road, and Taylor Avenue maintenance.
